Tiffany will greet you with her friendly smile when you come to our office.  She will confirm your information and insurance and will prepare you for your appointment that day.

Jennifer is here to  assist you in appointment scheduling, ordering of contacts, selecting frames and checking out.  She also assists in billing and follow-up of your insurance claim.

Annie completes pre-testing for your appointment with the doctor.  She also instructs Contact Lens Dispenses and performs Visual Field, Fundus Photo and OCT testings.  Annie is preparing to become our future Vision Therapist.

Ann will assist you in checking-out and utilizing your insurance benefits.  She also performs Contact Lens Instructions and Visual Field Testings.  Ann assists the doctors in our Hemlock Office on Thursdays.

When questions arise about insurance or if assitance is needed in communications within the office, Karen has 20 years of  knowledge to help you. She also coordinates office activities in Saginaw, Hemlock and Vassar.

With 15 years of experience, Becky is a certified Ophthalmic Assistant who performs pre-testing, photography, retinal scans, and assists the doctor during the examination.

Kay performs pre-testing for the doctors for your eye health evaluation.  She also conducts Fundus Photos, Visual Field and OCT testing.  Kay is our Contact Lens Technician who orders and confirms your contact lens RX.

Nancy is here to assist you with your insurance verification and eligibility.  She works 'behind the scenes' to prepare your EHR (electronic health record)  'file' for your appointment with the doctor.

Denise is a board-certified dispensing optician with 27 years of experience, specializing in lens design, lens options and frame selection.

Susie is a board-certified dispensing optician with 18 years of experience. Susie is very knowledgeable in lens design and frame selection.

Mary is a board-certified optician with 20 years of experience in the optical field.  Mary will assist you in choosing the right frame and lens for you needs.

Connie can assist you with scheduling, insurance questions, frame and lens selection and dispensing of your glasses at our Vassar office. 

Kim assists in pre-testing for the doctors in our Vassar Office.  She also performs contact lens dispenses and Visual Field Testings.

Bertie is here to greet and assist you during checkout in our Hemlock Office.  She will also help you with your contact lens and spectacle orders.
